Privacy statement
What the Institute collects, which is very little, and what it does with it.
§1What this site collects
This site sets no analytics cookie, no advertising identifier and no cross-site tracking of any kind. It runs no third-party analytics script.
A single local-storage key records that the notice at the foot of the page has been dismissed. It contains no identifier and is readable only by this site. Clearing site data removes it.
Fonts are requested from a third-party font service, which receives the request as a consequence of serving them. No other third-party request is made from any page.
§2Submissions
A submission to a public comment period is a published document. The name, credentials, affiliation and declared interests supplied with it are published in full, and the respondent consents to that publication at the point of submission. The Institute publishes no anonymous submission and no submission from a person who did not consent to be named.
Contact details supplied with a submission are not published and are used only to correspond about that submission.
§3Server logs
Requests to this site are logged by the hosting infrastructure in the ordinary course. Logs are used to operate the site and are not used to build a profile of any reader, are not combined with any other source, and are not supplied to any third party for any purpose other than operating the site.
